On the one hand, wood is a living material whose grain lends a special aesthetic and a unique feel to the product; and on the other hand, glass infuses it with a premium feel, and its transparency, a precious lightness.

How does this solution meet the needs of brands?

This next-generation lipstick features a wooden base (FSC-labelled) and a glass top. Offered as a full service, it is completely customisable through the choice of wood (beech, ash, maple, etc.) and finish (natural varnish, woodstain, metallisation, standard or bespoke colours, etc.). For functional reasons, the central ring is made of bioplastic and the removable mechanism is operated with a click.

For this innovation, Minelli’s and Bormioli Luigi’s mPackting division followed a circular economy logic.

TANGO is primarily designed as a one-of-a-kind piece in terms of its identity and rechargeable function. Robust, attractive, and functional, it has a very long service life. It can also be recycled by separating the components assembled without any glue.
