Sylvie Benard is a passionate expert on environmental issues and ecological transition. She supports organizations that wish to move towards more virtuous practices and models through her CSR consulting and training activity "La Dame à la Licorne".

She is an agricultural engineer and holds a PhD in microbiology. She managed the Environment Department of the LVMH Group for nearly 20 years. Over the years, she has chaired and led numerous projects within organizations such as ORÉE, Humanité et Biodiversité, the FRB, and the Inspire Institute.

Jacques Bordat has spent most of his career with the Saint-Gobain group. He started at Saint-Gobain Emballage where he stayed from 1988 to 2004. He was in charge of marketing and sales. He was also in charge of developing glass recycling, in liaison with local authorities, eco-organizations and public authorities.
In 2004, he became sales and marketing director of the Pharmaceutical activity of Saint-Gobain Desjonquères, the world leader in glass bottles. Three years later, he took over the management of Samin, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, which is active in both the quarrying of industrial minerals, mainly used by the glass industry, and the processing of household cullet (recycled glass).
The Fédération des Chambres Syndicales de l'Industrie du Verre groups together manufacturers of mechanical glass (bottles, jars, pots, flasks, tableware), flat glass (construction, automotive) and technical glass.

I am passionate about packaging and environmental issues.
I am firmly convinced that packaging has a key role to play in the positive education of consumers about ecology. It must encourage, promote and facilitate a more responsible use of the consumer, allowing him to make an educated choice in favor of a circular economy. Packaging is the physical link between the company and the consumer and it must embody the brand's commitments.

I have made my career in packaging and eco-innovation. I have worked for various large companies, including the Procter and Gamble Company, Nestlé and more recently the Rocher Group. 15 years in the FMCG industry in various packaging roles have allowed me to acquire the dual skills of packaging development and innovation management. It is with great commitment that I now put my experience at the service of the natural beauty sector and that I act to ensure the transformation of our packaging in a pragmatic way and thus to encourage and democratize the uses in favor of eco-designed products/models.
