Sylvie Benard is a passionate expert on environmental issues and ecological transition. She supports organizations that wish to move towards more virtuous practices and models through her CSR consulting and training activity "La Dame à la Licorne".

She is an agricultural engineer and holds a PhD in microbiology. She managed the Environment Department of the LVMH Group for nearly 20 years. Over the years, she has chaired and led numerous projects within organizations such as ORÉE, Humanité et Biodiversité, the FRB, and the Inspire Institute.

Convinced that the preservation of the environment is a necessity that must influence our choices, Anthony Boule has oriented his career towards environmental engineering.
Five years of consulting experience have allowed him to implement environmental assessment tools for various sectors and structures, and thus to understand their strengths and limitations.
Today, he puts this experience at the service of the development of eco-products. To support the design process, his environmental assessment methods allow, from idea to product, to fuel creativity and guide choices.

Florence De Kimpe joined Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) as Marketing Manager in February 2017. She spent the first ten years of her career working for the cosmetics industry, first in France then in Germany and South Africa. Passionate about the world of wine, she decided to use her expertise in brand development and packaging of wines and spirits within the company Les Vignerons de Tutiac as Marketing & Communication Director when heading back to France in 2014.

Rémy Cointreau

Trained as a materials engineer, Thomas has worked for over 10 years in innovation and packaging development in the luxury and cosmetics sectors. In 2021, he joined the Liqueur and Spirits division of the Rémy Cointreau group to ensure the marketing of eco-designed products. Since 2022, he is Ecodesign Champion for the group and is in charge of defining and implementing the group’s ambitious carbon reduction strategy for packaging, working on the deployment of alternative materials and the implementation of new business models around the circular economy.

Cécile Lochard was Director of Philanthropy and Major Donors at WWF. In 2010, she launched CitizenLuxury, a consulting firm specialized in philanthropy and responsible luxury, and in 2011, she was appointed General Delegate of the Humus Fund for Biodiversity. She embodies a positive and generous sustainable development that promotes a new art of living. She has been Director of Sustainable Development at Guerlain [LVMH GROUP] for over two years.

Nicolas MONET

Packaging engineer graduated from ESIReims, Nicolas Monet has more than 12 years of experience in cosmetics. He began his career at SVR as Packaging Development Project Manager, then held various positions of responsibility at Make Up For Ever. Since 2019, he has been Packaging Development Manager for Nuxe.
