Kintsugi by Myriam Greff
Kintsugi is an invitation to contemplation. More than just a repair technique, it is an art that celebrates the beauty of imperfection. Every crack, every chip is transformed into a unique signature, enhanced with pure gold.
By working with delicate and precious materials, Myriam Greff engages in a demanding process where patience and precision reign supreme. Kintsugi also reconnects us with an ancient philosophy: that of giving objects a second life, of transforming breakage into rebirth.
Beyond the object itself, kintsugi is a powerful metaphor. It invites us to celebrate our own scars, to turn our vulnerabilities into strengths. Each restoration is an act of resilience, an invitation to embrace our imperfections and wear them as ornaments.
Through the practice of kintsugi, Myriam Greff seeks to convey a message of hope and beauty. Because, ultimately, it is within our fragility that our true strength lies, and it is through acceptance that we can truly shine. Learn more +
