Aymeric et Thomas sont co-CEO de 900.care. Ces deux amis se sont rencontrés en classe préparatoire à Lyon au lycée du Parc il y a une douzaine d’années, ce qui a permis de tisser des liens forts entre eux et de partager la même vision pour l’avenir de leur entreprise.

Aymeric est diplômé de HEC et a passé six ans chez BCG, trois à Paris et trois à New York, où il s’est spécialisé dans les biens de consommation, se concentrant sur le marketing, les ventes et la tarification.

Thomas, diplômé de l’EDHEC, a montré un vif intérêt pour l’entrepreneuriat en créant plusieurs entreprises dès sa sortie de l’école. Sa première aventure était dans la restauration rapide, une période marquée par l’essor de la restauration nomade et des food trucks. Sa seconde entreprise était dans les services, avec soyezBCBG, un service de pressing à domicile en ligne racheté par le leader du secteur, 5 à Sec.

During 3 years, she played a pivotal role in launching the brand and shaping its image. Pierre a 25 ans d’expérience dans le conseil aux équipes marketing sur leurs stratégies de marque et de communication. Il a d’abord travaillé comme chercheur et enseignant pendant 6 ans. A partir de 1999, Pierre a managé des équipes commerciales chez GfK, NFO, TNS et Kantar Millward Brown, où il a été successivement directeur R&D, CMO puis directeur général du bureau français de 2014 à 2019.  Depuis 2020, il participe à la transformation de Kantar et à la croissance de l’entreprise, en charge du marketing pour la région Europe centrale et du Sud. Il intervient régulièrement lors d’événements, conférences et écoles de commerce et publie des articles dans des revues professionnelles, concentrant son leadership sur les enjeux de la RSE. Depuis le 1er juillet 2023, Pierre Gomy a pris de nouvelles fonctions au sein de Kantar : Head of Sustainability, Central & Southern Europe et Global Head of Luxury.

Françoise a rejoint Kantar en tant que Head of Luxury depuis 2 ans, afin d’animer l’activité Luxe et apporter le meilleur de nos expertises aux marques de cet univers. Passionnée par la compréhension des consommateurs et le développement des marques depuis plus de 20 ans, son parcours commence par le Consulting (chez Publicis), puis le Conseil Media (Directrice du planning stratégique de Kantar Media) et le Consumer Insights (Directrice des études Luxe chez Ipsos). Elle a pu développer des méthodologies diversifiées en France et à l’international avec différentes maisons et elle intervient très régulièrement sur les enjeux liés à la RSE dans des conférences et publications. De sa formation initiale – Recherche en Linguistique (3e cycle Paris Sorbonne) et Sociologie (3e cycle Panthéon Sorbonne), elle a gardé une grande curiosité pour les approches hybrides et le travail sur le langage et l’image.

Being aware of the deep change that the industry was facing I’ve got passionate about the sustainability, and I switched my career in 2009.

I worked for 2 years for environmental NGOs like WWF & for Good Plant Foundation.

In 2011, I join Nespresso to build up sustainability strategy around regenerative agriculture and circular economy applied for capsules and coffee machines.

Since 2018, I work for beauty sector within Sephora as Head of CSR for EME region. My passion is to drive the change with brands, with consumers and in retail operations.
