- Engineer in Industrial Biology by training, Bénédicte joined the world of industry and cosmetics first in production within the production unit of Avène Dermatological Laboratories within Pierre Fabre Laboratories. Her industrial experience allowed her to join the Packaging Development team in order to bring an "end-to-end" vision within the design and development of packaging. Passionate about the materials and packaging of tomorrow, she quickly moved towards innovation & sustainable development, with the goals of eco-design and reducing environmental footprint globally. Shethus contributed to the genesis and participated in consortia on the alternative to pastique (Pulp in Action), refill and deposit in pharmacies (Pharma-recharge; Recosm). With these experiences, Bénédicte today committed to the heart of regulatory and environmental issues in packaging.
