- Manon joined (RE)SET to leverage her supply chain management and project management skills for environmental and economic transition. She is convinced that the success of taking action is dependent on creating new viable operational models. Manon worked for four years in supply chain and operational excellence consulting. She has worked with companies in various industries (pharmaceuticals, retail, luxury, health, etc.) on issues such as optimizing global distribution flows, reducing carbon footprint, and strategic and industrial transformation. At (RE)SET, she works with consortia, companies, federations, and local authorities to transition to more sustainable business models, from strategic vision (national reemployment device CITEO, feasibility studies) to the execution and operational implementation of solutions (R3PACK consortium, deployment of solutions for the catering industry).
