- Neha Jain is the founder and CEO of Zerocircle, a material science company creating seaweed-based alternatives to plastic. These materials are machine-ready and decompose naturally without leaving microplastics or anything nasty behind. A Google alum, Neha began her journey into algae entrepreneurship as a sustainability tech consultant, exploring innovative solutions for climate challenges. She founded Zerocircle in 2020, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in India, with a team of scientists. Today, the company holds patented technology to make ocean-safe, compostable substitutes for plastics and paper, helping conscious businesses and brands shift to carbon-efficient materials.
