Biography: Victor is the Cosmetics and Personal Care Co-Lead at sustainability consultancy Quantis in France. Victor manages client relationships across the value chain in the cosmetics and personal care industry, providing ongoing advice and support. With his deep knowledge of the industry, he offers a cross-disciplinary science-driven perspective on integrating environmental issues to support companies in their sustainable transformation. Drawing on Quantis' diverse expertise, he helps to co-create innovative approaches with clients to address the evolving challenges they face. Victor holds an engineering degree in chemistry and a master's degree in international business. With over 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, having worked with brands and suppliers, he combines his expertise in products and sustainability issues with a practical understanding of the industry's realities. Passionate about immersing himself in the day-to-day challenges of his clients, he believes that organizational transformation can only begin with a great deal of empathy for the people driving it.
