In the textile industry, between 15 and 20% of purchased material ends up as cutting waste. Groupe Fauchille decided to change that. Through a real-world case study, we show how we built a fully closed loop: fabric offcuts are collected, shredded, re-spun, dyed, and braided into a drawcord which becomes a component of the very product they came from. A 100% local supply chain, within a 60 km radius, certified and fully traceable. Not a CSR promise: a real industrial process.

Niugreen is a project developed by BRC that transforms the reuse of perfume, cosmetics, and aromatherapy bottles through a water-free, solvent-free supercritical CO₂ cleaning technology.
Its goal is to replace destructive recycling with a traceable, low-carbon industrial reuse model, reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 70%.
The solution can process up to 1 million bottles per year for the luxury and cosmetics industries.
