Faced with the limitations of traditional recycling, this workshop offers an exploration of alternative materials: ceramics, cork, compostable plastics, wood, styrene ABS, etc. These are all alternatives to conventional plastics, offering both promise and challenges in terms of eco-design and end-of-life. What uses? What impacts? What obstacles need to be overcome? A session to question the future of materials from the perspective of responsible innovation.
