In the new economy, leather has often been discussed, but the material in question today is not leather. It’s a synthetic material made from grape marc by the young company Mondin, based in the technocity of Bayonne. Rodolphe Mondin and Julien Housseaux, co-founders and partners, came to see us as neighbors. Their journey is remarkable. These two childhood friends reunited at the Toulouse Business School.
