As a pioneering actor in eco-friendly perfumery, Techniplast collaborated with Mugler in the 2000s to create the first refills from perfume sources.
Now, a wide range of caps with patented technology promises controlled environmental impact for perfumers and absolute safety for customers: the connection between the original bottle and the refill is made with respect to the technical constraints of both the container and its contents.

The eco-responsible refill experience
Techniplast ensures a pleasant, precise, and easy experience for the end customer through smart caps, which automatically stop the flow when the filling level is reached. To reduce the manufacturing of original bottles, they are compatible with any type of container (glass, aluminum, or PET) equipped with a 24-410 screw neck.
- RT-TWIST is an automatic trigger pour cap. It screws onto the perfume bottle for refilling.
- RT-TWIST U is a manual trigger pour cap by rotation. It facilitates easy refilling of all perfume bottles with a screw pump.
- RT-SPOUT is a universal pouring accessory. It offers more manual handling and efficiently replaces funnels, ensuring no spillage.
By mid-2024, Techniplast’s range of refill caps will be enriched with a new standard: the RT-LIFT pour cap will allow refilling the original bottle with a simple vertical press, while maintaining the same safety and cleanliness properties.

The in-store REFILL STATION machines offer an eco-responsible solution for perfumers with crimped bottles. The act of refilling becomes a privileged and elegant moment.
Unique in the market, the RT-PLUG device ensures the transfer of perfume to the crimped bottle through a slight air pressure. Iconic perfumes and niche fragrances find in this approach a way to invent new codes, create rituals, and differentiate themselves.
