We use a material that has been in the spotlight as an alternative to plastic packaging materials. Compared to the existing
pulp mold, the price is very competitive, and the strength is similar to that of plastic. The existing pulp mold costs 10 times
more than plastic vacuum molding, and the cost of subsidiary materials is more than doubled. This makes it burdensome
to use in the consumer goods industry. Paper mold innovatively reduces the price and enables printing, which makes it
suitable for the small batch production market. It is a finished material that reduces the use of plastic, carbon, and the
recycling quota. It is convenient for customers as it does not require the need for plastic separation.

Limex :

New Limestone Material that Replaces Plastic and Paper

This new limestone material is used as an alternative for a wide range of products, from consumer goods to commercial
materials. Limex is a material that is already in the global spotlight as an alternative to plastic and is being marketed for
various uses in regards to industrial products and packaging. It is an eco-friendly material that can contribute to resource
circulation as it can be recycled. It has a carbon reduction effect and improves petroleum-derived resin. It can reduce
greenhouse gas emissions by up to 89% compared to conventional petroleum-derived plastics.

South Korea’s First Injection-Based Material Made from Coffee Grounds

Coffee grounds produce 20,000 tons of waste per day worldwide.
They are the most wasteful yet safe material.
This is the first material in South Korea that is officially 100% bio-based and has been developed with coffee
resin and injection molding. As an upcycled material from recycled resources, it can be applied to various
consumer goods industries.
