Saverglass has developed its own digital modeling tool, allowing it to reduce the initial weight of a bottle by 10% to 30% without compromising its strength.
This right-weighting approach, applied to both its permanent collections and bespoke creations, helps to limit CO₂ emissions from production and transport, all while maintaining quality and design integrity. The company also incorporates PCR cullet (post-consumer recycled glass) into its manufacturing processes, fully embracing an eco-design philosophy.
These strong commitments to decarbonization earned Saverglass the EcoVadis Gold Medal, awarded to the top 5% of companies working to improve their CSR management performance and generate a positive impact.
