With ÊKÔ – Pleating Laboratory & Wearable Art House, Sarah Saint-Pol founded a design studio dedicated to pleating and folding. This laboratory supports professionals in the design, prototyping, and production of unique pieces or small series across various fields such as fashion, decoration, interior architecture, packaging, and scenography.

Her work stands out for its ability to bridge traditional craftsmanship and innovation. Her creations range from garments and accessories to more unexpected applications, such as pleated acoustic panels and contemporary tapestries.
