Sonoco's metal box, elegant and infinitely recyclable
Relying on a giant in metal packaging offers luxury brands an almost infinite creative freedom. Choosing a supplier that guarantees local accessibility of its manufacturing – in France and in England – highlights the sustainable commitment of high-end productions.
Sonoco Metal Packaging EMEA (formerly Eviosys), backed by over two centuries of expertise, draws on the resources and know-how of Sonoco to meet both of these demands and become the global leader in metal packaging, with 56 factories across 4 continents.

We met with Isabelle Le Graet, Communication & Customer Experience Manager at Sonoco Metal Packaging EMEA. She speaks passionately about their ability to design tailor-made formats for perfumery and cosmetics, premium teas and coffees, fine foods, and wines and spirits.

Edition Spéciale: If you had to talk about your expertise, what would you say?

Isabelle LE GRAËT: Our strength lies in our local production, which ensures responsiveness and a reduced carbon footprint, as well as in our material — metal, which is infinitely recyclable. We also offer advanced customization solutions, tailored to meet the demands of the most discerning brands. Our portfolio includes more than 100 formats and unmatched expertise in metal decoration.

Edition Spéciale: How do you position yourself within sustainable packaging?

Isabelle LE GRAET: We are ahead of the industry and of the goals we set in 2020 for our metal division in EMEA. We are proud to have achieved the PLATINUM level from Ecovadis, with a top score of 100/100 in the environmental category for the second consecutive year—an award that highlights our outstanding commitment to sustainable development. We are proud to use metal, a material that is fully and infinitely recyclable, as our raw material.
In doing so, we support our clients in their transition toward a more responsible and sustainable circular economy.

These solutions combine innovation and responsibility, offering a sustainable alternative without compromising on design or quality.
