Antalis: a growing portfolio of creative papers

Antalis: a growing portfolio of creative papers
Antalis is part of the Japanese group Kokusai Pulp & Paper, a world leader in paper distribution for the packaging and visual communication markets. In 2023, the company is stepping up its commitment to the international graphic community through its ‘Creative Power by Antalis‘ initiative, which brings together the most comprehensive collection of high-end creative papers on the market, following the purchase of Arjowiggins’s world-renowned brands. Here’s a closer look at some key items that will be presented at the show…

Olin Design

This range of high-quality uncoated papers is available in four shades of white, three finishes (Regular, Smooth, and Rough), and fifteen weights (50 to 400 g/m2). The new not-to-be-missed shade ‘Ultimate white’ (CIE 170) sets a new standard in terms of how white this type of paper can be. In addition, Olin Design was rated 4 stars on the Antalis Green Star System and the EU Ecolabel, demonstrating that it is an environmentally responsible paper.

Olin Origins

Inspired by nature, this range offers five timeless mineral and organic shades with a raw finish and subtle soft touch. This range is also an environmentally responsible solution, as it is committed to sustainability through its support of the ‘1% for the Planet’ association.

Curious Translucents

Always at the forefront, the Curious Collection offers new tactile experiences for outstanding print results. The Curious Translucents sub-range combines high-end transparent papers, available in seven weights (80 to 320 g/m²) and two colours, clear and white, the latter being suitable for food contact. Easily customisable, Curious Translucents papers can be used alone as an alternative to plastic, or combined with Curious Metallics papers for spectacular results.

Refit

From 120 to 360 g/m2, Refit papers offer a unique tactile experience! Sold exclusively by Antalis, they are based on circular economy principles since they contain 40% post-consumer recycled fibres and 15% wool or cotton fibres from fashion industry waste. In addition, this range is manufactured with 100% green energy: self-produced hydroelectricity from the Favini factory, making Refit papers carbon neutral.
