Injectose changes that. We have developed a patented cellulose fibre injection molding technology that enables the production of complex packaging components — including caps, closure systems, jars, protective inserts and wedging solutions — while remaining fully recyclable within existing paper recycling streams.
Our technology offers a scalable alternative to plastic packaging: Bio-based and petroleum-free, Recyclable and biodegradable, Low CO2 emissions, Compatible with existing industrial equipment through a retrofit kit for standard injection-moulding machines, designed to support both industrial performance and environmental transition. By leveraging existing manufacturing infrastructure, converters and packaging manufacturers can transition to fibre-based solutions without major capital investment.
